Online Bidding Process Quickstart Guide

In a circular economy there is often the need to a repetitive exchange of products, services, wastes and energy. There is also need to automate this repetitive procedure. The online bidding process is a platform for an automated bidding process applied to a circular economy. It enables the users to communicate with each other in the level of exchanging products or services.

Bidding Process

Below we will see how the basic procedure of bidding process is carried out between a requester (the user who creates the bidding) and a supplier (the user who sents an offer).

Starting with the “Bidding Process” tab on both users.

Next, the requester creates a bidding through the “Bidding Settings” dialog.

Later, the supplier selects an offer to sent for the bidding.

Subsequently, the requester selects a supplier from those who sent an offer.

In the end, the supplier who is selected by the requester has to accept the deal.
